103rd St. Pedestrian Bridge Re-Opens July 1

The NYC Department of Transportation (DOT) announced that the 103rd Street Pedestrian Bridge will re-open for access to Randall’s Island on Friday, July 1 at 7 am.  The bridge will close at dusk each day through the Fall of 2011.  Completed work at this time does not include lighting on the bridge.  On November 1 the bridge will close to complete remaining contract work, re-opening in the spring of 2012.
