The New York City Department of Transportation is performing capital upgrades to the 103rd Street Pedestrian Bridge. From November 3 through November 21, the bridge will be open from 6:00am to 7:00pm each day. It may be closed overnight. The bridge will be closed from November 22 until mid-2011 to allow for the construction to proceed. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
