DESCRIPTION:Experience the flavors of Randall’s Island Park Alliance’s Urban Farm through this free\, interactive cooking demonstration! Join an experienced chef in the Urban Farm Kitchen for an afternoon of farm-to-table fun. After learning about the cultural significance of the recipe and its freshly harvested ingredients\, participants will work together to chop\, crush\, and stir fresh ingredients\, and enjoy a small plate of the finished dish. Guests will leave with new knowledge of how to use seasonal produce to cook a healthy and delicious meal. \nRegistration is required.
