Meet up at Thomas Jefferson Park in Harlem and enjoy a scenic ride along the riverfront and through the park\, ending at the Festival! \nFree Citi Bikes will be provided thanks to our partnership with Citi Bike\, and we can offer a limited number of free helmets.
