DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the fall harvest at the annual\, free Randall’s Island Harvest Festival! At the onset of the cooler months\, we’re bringing you a family-friendly day of fun centering the end of the growing season and outdoor recreation. Decorate and bring home your very own pumpkin from our immersive patch\, press cider from delicious\, fresh apples\, participate in a cooking demonstration with seasonal vegetables\, enjoy live performances\, have your face painted\, and learn about nature with our partners. \nThere will be a free Bike Valet provided by Transportation Alternatives. Safely park your bikes and enjoy the festivities with ease of mind. Citi Bikes will not be included in this valet service\, so if you take a Citi Bike to the festival\, please find the nearest docking station to park\, or ask a RIPA staff member where to dock.
