Whether you’ve harvested sorghum yourself or are unfamiliar with this corn-like crop\, you’ll have a joyful day on the farm!  \nParticipants will learn all about this amazing plant grown right here on the island. During this hands-on experience\, you will juice sorghum with a hand cranked press\, taste fresh sorghum juice\, sample boiled-down sorghum syrup\, and snack on popped sorghum grain—you can eat it like popcorn!
