Throughout the year, RIPA hosts over 200 free public events including tours, movie nights, waterfront activities, our annual Earth Day and Harvest Festivals and more. These family-friendly drop-in events play an integral role in helping Park visitors explore the Island’s varied points of interest. We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals to engage fully.

Children’s Read-Aloud

Join us on the Farm for snacks and a good book (or two). Every Saturday morning in July and August join us for our read-aloud, with some of the RIPA staff and guest readers. What a wonderful way to start a summer weekend. All ages welcome. Every week we will raffle off a book – you must be present to win.
