Throughout the year, RIPA hosts over 200 free public events including tours, movie nights, waterfront activities, our annual Earth Day and Harvest Festivals and more. These family-friendly drop-in events play an integral role in helping Park visitors explore the Island’s varied points of interest. We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals to engage fully.

Family Farm Volunteer Days

Volunteer with our team to manage our one-acre Urban Farm!
Whether you are new to our Farm or have been a tried-and-true weekly volunteer, come and join us on the Farm. No registration needed. All ages welcome. No more than 2 children under the age of 10 per adult volunteer. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult who volunteers with them. Ages 16 & 17 can volunteer if a parent or guardian has signed a waiver (please contact [email protected] for a copy of the waiver).
Registration is not required but we ask you commit at least two hours of volunteering. This is for individuals from the community, groups larger than 5 people must first contact us at [email protected].
