Throughout the year, RIPA hosts over 200 free public events including tours, movie nights, waterfront activities, our annual Earth Day and Harvest Festivals and more. These family-friendly drop-in events play an integral role in helping Park visitors explore the Island’s varied points of interest. We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals to engage fully.

Governors Ball
June 3, 2016 - June 6, 2016
The Governors Ball is a multi-stage LIVE music festival that will feature some of the biggest and best acts in the music industry – Kanye West, The Strokes, The Killers, Miguel, Elle King and more. Now in its fifth year, this rain/shine event will also include food from the best restaurants and food trucks in NYC!
