Throughout the year, RIPA hosts over 200 free public events including tours, movie nights, waterfront activities, our annual Earth Day and Harvest Festivals and more. These family-friendly drop-in events play an integral role in helping Park visitors explore the Island’s varied points of interest. We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals to engage fully.

LuminoCity Festival

Come and explore the dynamic holiday light festival and immersive art experience for all ages during the 2019 holiday season! From Nov. 23, 2019 to Jan. 5, 2020, LuminoCity Festival will offer three theme parks: Winter Fantasy, Wild Adventure, and Sweet Dream, highlighted with over 23 sets of larger-than-life light art displays, a curated holiday market and four special themed nights featuring live performances and interactive programming.
