Share, Grow and Give on Martin Luther King Jr. Day
January 16 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

In 1958, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. visited Harlem for the signing of his memoir, Stride Toward Freedom. Join us on Martin Luther King Jr. Day at Randall’s Island Park as we continue to build community and share how we want to experience justice within our neighborhood. We will create a community collage centered around excerpts from Dr. King’s memoir and his many thought-provoking quotes.
Keeping with the essence of Martin Luther King Jr. Day being a day of service, there will also be an opportunity to join in the preservation of keeping our park clean and beautiful. Warm up by the bonfire and enjoy s’mores, hot chocolate and tea.
