Throughout the year, RIPA hosts over 200 free public events including tours, movie nights, waterfront activities, our annual Earth Day and Harvest Festivals and more. These family-friendly drop-in events play an integral role in helping Park visitors explore the Island’s varied points of interest. We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals to engage fully. Join Us to Celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Icahn Stadium!
In 2025, we proudly celebrate the 20th anniversary of Icahn Stadium, one of New York City’s premier sports venues, at our annual Gala. Held at the beautiful Urban Farm at Randall’s Island Park, this year’s Gala will take place on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 6 PM.
Join us for a fantastic summer evening to celebrate the Stadium’s two-decade legacy of athletic excellence and community spirit in New York City. Enjoy delicious local food and creative cocktails, and vibe to the sounds of our community-based band and sunset views against the City skyline and waterfront backdrop.
The Gala is RIPA’s premier event—attracting over 400 attendees and raising more than $1 million annually to help maintain the park and continue to enhance your favorite programs all throughout the year.
