Randall’s Island Events
Throughout the year, RIPA hosts over 200 free public events including tours, movie nights, waterfront activities, our annual Earth Day and Harvest Festivals and more. These family-friendly drop-in events play an integral role in helping Park visitors explore the Island’s varied points of interest. We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals to engage fully. Fireworks & Fun
June 26 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Kick off the summer season at Randall’s Island Park with an evening of fireworks and fun! Enjoy an evening of Caribbean dance with Sweet Water Dance & Yoga, games, and music before the Astoria Park fireworks display at dusk (fireworks courtesy of Central Astoria, LDC). Relax afterward with a front row seat for the fireworks. Bring ear protection—we will be very close to the launch site!
