Randall’s Island Park is loved by New Yorkers, and through the Randall’s Island Park Alliance, supported by New Yorkers just like you.

Every trail run, family picnic, and afternoon spent in the sunshine tells the same story: Randall’s Island Park thrives because our community cares and because our dedicated team shows up each day to make the Park its very best. As we close out 2025, we’re reflecting on another remarkable year made possible thanks to the incredible support of New Yorkers:

• Our team of 80+ staff kept the Park clean, safe, and welcoming – mowing, lining and maintaining 60+ athletic fields and caring for hundreds of acres of landscapes and habitats.
• Major upgrades at Icahn Stadium, including a critical investment in the world-class Mondo track, ensuring athletes of all ages can train and compete on one of the nation’s premier surfaces.
• Our Urban Farm produced thousands of pounds of fresh, sustainably grown food, and continued to serve as a living classroom for students across the City.
• Families came together to celebrate, play, and make lasting memories at our festivals via our free public programming offerings.
• Runners, cyclists, and nature lovers found peace and community in New York City’s favorite backyard.

Randall’s Island Park truly is a Park for the people and sustained by the people. And now, your love for the Park can go even further!

Thanks to the generosity of Randall’s Island Park Alliance Co-Chairs, Jonathan May and Nancy Neff, every gift made to the Alliance between now and December 31 will be matched 4:1.

Every gift keeps the Park thriving, so that the Alliance, which receives no City funding for operating support, can maintain our 60+ athletic fields, host track and field meets for everyone from local high school students to world-class athletes, care for our landscapes and habitats, and host programs that bring joy and connection to so many.
